Brome-Missisquoi Chamber of Commerce

Portrait of the Brome-Missisquoi Chamber of Commerce

The Brome-Missisquoi Chamber of Commerce (CCB-M) is a non-profit organization that was created in 2017 and is the result of the unification of 3 Chambers of Commerce, that of Cowansville (CCCR), Farnham (CCFR) and Lac-Brome (CCLB).

The CCB-M now includes 21 cities and municipalities, almost the entire territory of the MRC of Brome-Missisquoi. We can count more than 2,100 companies on the territory in all the sectors of activities.

As of March 2019, it has nearly 400 member companies, 1,000 people subscribed to its newsletter and has 1899 followers on the Facebook page.
The CCB-M is one of 132 members of the Federation of Quebec Chambers of Commerce (FCCQ) and is one of 55 medium-sized chambers.

The permanent staff includes a full-time executive director, a part-time assistant, a part-time bookkeeping clerk and a part-time event coordinator.

The board of directors is composed of thirteen members, including a president, two vice-presidents, a treasurer, a secretary and eight directors.
